Senior Mortgage Advisor - Fully CeMAP Qualified

Based in Merryhill

Basic Salary £22K - £24K Excellent OTE around £34K, Excellent Commission + Corporate Benefits Package



We are currently seeking a CeMap qualified, Top Performing Mortgage Advisor to join an established and successful team within one of the leading Banking organisations. Our client is seeking professional Mortgage Advisors from a banking or estate agency background with experience of working within a target driven environment. Strong sales focus is key to this role and therefore applicants must have a proven track record within a Mortgage sales environment.

• Identifying and contacting potential new mortgage customers.

• Working with the branch manager to plan, monitor and review team contribution to overall performance-promotion of the various products and services.

• Involves advising clients of their purchasing ability and selling the appropriate products.

• Always working with all sales and cross sales opportunities in mind.

• Face to face client meetings with fact finds.

• In-depth knowledge of the full range of Mortgage and Mortgage related products with a good knowledge of the personal customer product set and an awareness of the business and premier product.

• Detailed knowledge and application of the standard sales process and associated procedures as applicable to relevant products and services.

• Detailed knowledge and application of regulatory and operational risk and rigour standards.

The Person

• Fully CeMap Qualified.

• A proven track record in Mortgage Sales, this is essential candidates cannot be considered without this.

• Full knowledge of FSA Guidelines.
